Reviews From The Crypt – Fingers

This week in the crypt we take a look at the 2019 film Fingers.

You can currently catch Fingers on Shudder.

Fingers clocks in at 84 minutes and is a slow burn that had a ton of potential.

The synopsis of the film is that Amanda (Sabrina Friedman-Seitz) is so obsessed with perfection that she notices other people flaws and it makes her physically ill.

When Walter shows up to work missing a pinky all hell breaks loose.

Fingers Trailer

The film features a cast of unique characters like a shrink more concerned on pushing his book. A synth soundtrack that just didn’t work for me and a where’s my dog segment that seemed to last forever.

While I had high hopes for the film, it just fell way short for me. The acting was good, but I didn’t care for any of the characters. That’s not to say it’s a bad film as there is an audience for it, it’s just not me.

Rating: 2 out of 5.
